Part Time Customer Services Advisor
Hadleigh, Suffolk £20k pro rata

Part time Customer Services Advisor required for 24 – 32 hours per week (2 or 3 full days to suit in the week plus Saturday) at company based in Hadleigh. Working alongside a friendly team in a pleasant environment, dealing with exclusive products, the successful applicant will be creating client accounts, producing quotations, processing sales orders and sales returns and dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone. The role will suit someone who is used to multi-tasking with competent computer skills and the ability to provide great, personalised customer service. Salary £20k pro rata.

Temporary Administrator (3 months)
Felixstowe, Suffolk £11 p/hr

Temporary Administrator (3-month assignment) required for Felixstowe based manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be using templates to prepare invoices, load sheets and producing export documentation, knowledge of exports desirable however, training will be provided. Candidates must have previously worked in an administration position and have good IT skills including Word and Excel and, ideally, be familiar with ERP system. Hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday. Salary £11p/hr.

Warehouse Administrator/Stock Controller required for temp to perm role based near Needham Market. Working Monday to Friday (8.30 am – 5pm) the duties will include dealing with incoming orders, inputting them onto an inhouse database, documenting returns and liaising with other departments regarding deliveries. The successful candidate will also be responsible for all stock control. Experience of working within a similar role is advantageous together with strong IT skills and good attention to detail. £10.65 p/hr. Own transport essential due to location.

Administrator required for Ipswich Engineering company (ongoing temporary position based East Ipswich). The successful candidate will be checking supplier purchase orders and requesting delivery dates and negotiating time frames/options to release equipment orders as quickly as possible. The role is fast paced dealing with high volume of calls and would ideally suit someone who has worked in a similar role before and used to dealing with customer queries and chasing orders for progress updates. Candidates should be IT literate with good attention to detail. Hours Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. – 4.30 p.m. Salary £11 p/h.
