Customs Clearance Co-ordinator
Felixstowe competitive

Customs Clearance Co-Ordinator required for Felixstowe based organisation to work alongside the customs team to provide operational requirements and service levels in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities will include processing the customs clearance consignments as per customer instructions and expectations and HMRC legal requirements. The work is aimed at meeting tight deadlines, supported by an existing team. Experience within a similar role is desirable, however training will be provided to anyone wanting to move into the industry who has an administration background with good IT skills. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm salary is negotiable (competitive).

Part Time Customer Service Advisor
Hadleigh, Suffolk £20k pro rata

Part time Customer Services Advisor required for 24 – 32 hours per week (2 or 3 full days to suit in the week plus Saturday) at company based in Hadleigh. Working alongside a friendly team in a pleasant environment, dealing with exclusive products, the successful applicant will be creating client accounts, producing quotations, processing sales orders and sales returns and dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone. The role will suit someone who is used to multi-tasking with competent computer skills and the ability to provide great, personalised customer service. Salary £20k pro rata.

Shipping Administrator
Ipswich c£28k

Shipping/Dispatch Administrator required for Ipswich based engineering company. The successful candidate will be coordinating the dispatch of customer orders by sea, air and road transport and liaising with freight forwarders/couriers and third parties. Other responsibilities will include ensuring that freight charges are applied to customer orders where applicable, the preparation of all export documentation and managing and meeting deadlines for set European transport collections. Previous shipping/export experience is essential. Hours are 9am – 5.30 pm Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.15 pm Fridays with every other Friday pm off. Salary c£28k.

Administrator
East Ipswich £11.00 p/h

Administrator required for Ipswich Engineering company (ongoing temporary position based East Ipswich). The successful candidate will be checking supplier purchase orders and requesting delivery dates and negotiating time frames/options to release equipment orders as quickly as possible. The role is fast paced dealing with high volume of calls and would ideally suit someone who has worked in a similar role before and used to dealing with customer queries and chasing orders for progress updates. Candidates should be IT literate with good attention to detail. Hours Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. – 4.30 p.m. Salary £11 p/h.

Duties to include:- Creating and maintaining export files and sending bookings onto customs agents.
