Sales Account Manager
Needham Market, Suffolk £20K - £25K PLus Bonus and Commission

Sales Account Manager required for respected and long established family run company based near Needham Market. The purpose of this role is to help the business grow revenues profitably primarily in the UK market. Working as part of a small dedicated team of Account Managers, the successful candidate will be office based and will be identifying, targeting and securing new business opportunities and developing and growing a selected portfolio of existing client business. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an expanding company and offers a good basic salary of £20 - £25K plus £5K bonus and commission. Applicants must have previous account management experience with proven ability to exceed targets. They should be self-driven with a positive outlook and a clear focus and ideally be educated to A Level standard or equivalent. Customer Service Assistant
Near Framlingham £18K

Customer Service Assistant required for a permanent role at a company based near Framlingham. The successful candidate for this interesting and varied vacancy will be responding to customer requests/enquiries (eg pricing, availability of product, sample requests etc), processing and managing customer complaints, providing stock availability and order status and handling returns and invoice/account queries. They will be expected to provide excellent and consistent communication skills to both internal and external customers by phone, email and face to face. Other duties will include creating sales orders on SAP, filing invoices and sales orders booking meetings/travel arrangements, ordering stationary, managing incoming/outgoing mail and other general administration duties as required. Applicants must have previous customer service experience within an office environment, be numerate and literate with good IT and communication skills. Hours of work are 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Paying a salary of £18K. Own transport is essential due to location.

Inventory Controller

The successful candidate will be managing and reporting on all stock movement in and out of the warehouse and factory. Liaising with purchasing/sales departments to organise shipments, data entry on ERP system, assembly samples, and making sure all the inventory for stock is accurate. Ideal candidate will have previous stock control experience within a busy production environment, good attention to detail, must be able to work in an organised and methodical manner and have excellent IT skills. Sales Support Coordinator
Martlesham £20K

Sales Support Coordinator required for permanent role at busy organisation based on Martlesham Heath. Working for a well-established reputable employer the successful candidate will be working closely with the Sales Executives, dealing with general day to day order processing, taking orders over the phone, entering them onto the system, preparing sales presentation packs, send out sales quotations to customers, following up on sales/orders by contacting customers and processing delivery notes as well as supporting sales ledger and assisting with end of month accounts. Technical Officer

Technical Officer required for permanent vacancy at horticultural site near Ipswich. Main duties to conduct research trails covering several areas such as plant protection products, biocides, growing media, lawn and fertilizer products and application systems in line with research programme. To design, implement and report field and glasshouse trials (to required standards; ISO9001, CRD ORETO efficacy testing, etc). Trail new, existing and competitor products and experimental processes in-house, responsible for all day-to-day running & management of trials, including watering and trial plot maintenance, regular maintenance checks of devices. To provide technical support to marketing & sales department, dealing with customer complaints, writing and updating OP’s and be responsible for administrative tasks i.e. EH&S, training records, work instructions. Applicants will ideally be qualified to degree level or equivalent in a biological discipline (Agronomy and/or Horticulture), have BASIS certification in crop protection and test certificate, PA1 and PA6.
