Telesales / Sales Support Executive
Ipswich c£25k

Telesales/Sales Support Executive required for engineering company based just outside Ipswich (North side). This interesting and varied role will include: • Calling prospective customers with the aim of making appointments for the Sales Representative • Building relationships with prospective customers • Researching and sourcing potential customers online • Providing administrative support to the Sales Representative, Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager • Diary Management • Updating and utilising the CRM system • Reception duties including answering incoming calls and meeting and greeting as and when required Applicants should have previous telesales experience with knowledge of CRM systems. The ability to pick up and understand technical information is required as are good organisation skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the challenge of sales but also likes variety to join a small friendly team. Salary c£25k plus incentive bonus.

Transport Administrator
Ipswich £10.00 per hour

Transport Administrator required for a 6 month contract in Ipswich (parking available). Working in a small office assisting the Transport Coordinator this varied role involves ensuring that all deliveries are made in accordance with customers’ requirements. Responsibilities will include updating and maintaining the management system to ensure all delivery issues are recorded, liaising with the Transport Coordinator to ensure hauliers are booked in for deliveries of products in accordance with daily booking limits and maintaining the site haulier database. Applicants must have good attention to detail, accurate computer skills (including use of Excel), a good telephone manner and a methodical approach. Previous experience in transport is not essential but a strong administration background is required which includes data input and organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly team during their busy period. 40 hours per week with some flexibility required on hours of work. £10.00 per hour

Sales Administrator
Near Stowmarket C£25K

Sales Administrator required for Engineering Operations company near Stowmarket. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the successful candidate will be supporting the sale department with all sales activities, order processing, customer liaison, working with the production team to ensure timely completion of sales orders and facilitating shipments. This will include dealing with customers to confirm orders, quoting for parts and following up, using pricing software to give advice and technical support and processing sales orders through system and communicating with customers on lead times and organising shipments. Ideal candidate will have experience within an engineering environment, ideally be educated to degree or BTEC level in Engineering or a technical subject or equivalent and have excellent numeracy & literacy skills and be confident on all IT packages including Excel and the ability to work independently. Hours 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Salary c£25K depending on experience.
