Part time Finance Assistant
Elmswell, Suffolk £12,500 per annum, pro rata

Part-time Finance Assistant required for expanding Suffolk based engineering company. The successful candidate will be joining a small friendly team to support the Finance Manager with tasks including inputting and raising invoices using QuickBooks together with some credit control and general administrative support. Hours 16 per week, ideally Wednesdays and Thursdays although there is some flexibility. Candidates should have previous experience within a similar role, be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative in a team environment. Salary is £12,500 per annum pro rata with on site parking.

Sales Planning Coordinator
East Ipswich £12 p/hr

Sales Planning Coordinator required for Ipswich based engineering company. The successful candidate will be ensuring that all customer orders and enquiries are managed promptly and efficiently and will be required to prepare quotations, purchase orders and pro-forma invoices. Other responsibilities will include supporting the logistics team with the daily shipping plan whilst validating shipping variance and damage claims. Applicants must have a strong administration background with previous logistics experience an advantage. Good numeracy and IT skills (including Excel and SAP) and attention to detail also required. Hours Monday to Thursday 8.15am-5pm/Friday 8.15am 4.45pm with every other Friday off. Rate of pay is £12 p/hr. Immediate start. Possibility of becoming permanent for the right person.

Customs Clearance Co-Ordinator required for Felixstowe based organisation to work alongside the customs team to provide operational requirements and service levels in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities will include processing the customs clearance consignments as per customer instructions and expectations and HMRC legal requirements. Shipping/Dispatch Administrator required for Ipswich based engineering company. The successful candidate will be coordinating the dispatch of customer orders by sea, air and road transport and liaising with freight forwarders/couriers and third parties. Other responsibilities will include ensuring that freight charges are applied to customer orders where applicable, the preparation of all export documentation and managing and meeting deadlines for set European transport collections. The successful candidate will be checking supplier purchase orders and requesting delivery dates and negotiating time frames/options to release equipment orders as quickly as possible.
