Customer Service Advisor
Ipswich £17,500

Customer Service Advisor required for a local engineering company. Based in a busy service centre, you will be the main point of contact for all incoming calls from customers to resolve queries, take parts orders and organise service calls for engineers. Ideal candidate will have a strong customer services background, with good attention to detail and be numerate and literate. Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm, need to be happy to cover weekend standby which is 1 weekend in every 7 weeks (9am – 3pm). Salary is £17 ½ K plus shift allowance for standby weekend worked. Own transport would be an advantage due to location.

Sales Support Executive / Receptionist
Ipswich c£25k plus incentive bonus

Sales Support Executive / Receptionist required for engineering company based just outside Ipswich (North side). This interesting and varied role will include: • Calling prospective customers (businesses) with the aim of making appointments for the Sales Representative • Building relationships with prospective customers • Researching and sourcing potential customers online • Providing administrative support to the Sales Representative, Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager • Diary Management • Updating and utilising the CRM system • Reception duties including answering incoming calls and meeting and greeting as and when required Applicants will ideally have previous sales support experience with knowledge of CRM systems. Someone with a background in engineering administration and a good telephone manner would also be potentially suitable. The ability to pick up and understand technical information is required as are good organisation skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would enjoy sourcing potential customers / developing relationships with them and likes a varied role. Administrator
Ipswich £10.00 per hour

Administrator required for immediate start for 4 month contract in Ipswich (parking available). Working in a small office assisting the Transport Co-Ordinator this varied role involves ensuring that all deliveries are made in accordance with customers’ requirements. Responsibilities will include updating and maintaining the management system to ensure all delivery issues are recorded, liaising with the Transport Co-Ordinator to ensure hauliers are booked in for deliveries of products in accordance with daily booking limits and maintaining the site haulier database. Applicants must have good attention to detail, accurate computer skills (including use of Excel), a good telephone manner and a methodical approach. Previous experience in transport is not essential but a strong administration background is required which includes data input and organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly team during their busy period. Hours 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with some flexibility required on hours of work. £10.00 p/h. Own transport an advantage.
