Invoice Administrator
East Ipswich c£21K

Invoice Administrator required for varied and interesting role within an engineering company based on the east side of Ipswich. The successful candidate will be required to accurately process and check engineer and sub-contractor invoices on a daily basis, ensure all parts relating to invoices are allocated, check all invoices, process work reports and issue purchase order numbers. He or she will also be involved in the day-to-day administrative tasks including maintaining data on the computerised system. Applicants should have previous invoicing experience with excellent organisational and administrative skills. This is a permanent role and working hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, paying c£21K.

Warranty Administrator

Warranty Administrator required for an engineering company on the east side of Ipswich. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating warranty and responding to questions/concerns regarding warranty in a professional and timely manner. Applicants should have excellent communication and organisational skills and be thorough and methodical with paperwork, forms and reports. Must also have good working knowledge of Excel including pivot tables. Previous experience within a warranty role is essential. The successful candidate will be required to learn the full warranty suite of applications/publications and is expected to achieve customer service levels and business performance goals. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm, paying c£23k.

Purchase Ledger & Administration Assistant
West Ipswich outskirts c£18-20k

Responsible for the matching and inputting of purchase invoices and administrative support to the Finance Department. Day to day duties will include but not limited to, matching and posting supplier invoices, dealing with any supplier queries in a timely manner, sending customer statements and monitoring admin email account and distributing emails to the correct person.
