Sales Executive
Ipswich £20 - £24K

Our client is looking for talented and competitive Sales Executives who thrive in a fast sales cycle environment. The successful candidates will be working to acquire new customers through inbound and outbound cold calls and soft sale calls to previous / existing clients thus increasing the revenue and growth for the organisation. Previous sales experience within an office environment is required. A knowledge of CRM systems is highly desirable. Full product training will be provided. Applicants must have strong customer service and administration skills with an excellent telephone manner, be confident and able to work on own initiative, be well organised and able to prioritise workloads. Salaries range from £20 – £24K plus possible bonus depending on department / experience. Hours are within 8.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. The company are located on the East side of Ipswich close to the Town Centre. Centre Co-Ordinator
Ipswich £19,750 per annum

Centre Co-Ordinator required for a busy serviced office centre. Based on reception meeting and greeting clients, the successful candidate will be required to be the “face” of the organisation and help with general enquiries and rental queries. Other duties will include booking conference rooms, showing prospective clients around the premises and answering general questions with confidence. The role would suit someone with a knowledge of sales and marketing who is able to contribute effectively to the development of the centre.

Transport Administrator
Ipswich £10.00p/h

Transport Administrator required for immediate start for 4-5 month contract in Ipswich (parking available). Working in a small office assisting the Transport Co-Ordinator this varied role involves ensuring that all deliveries are made in accordance with customers’ requirements. Responsibilities will include updating and maintaining the management system to ensure all delivery issues are recorded, liaising with the Transport Co-Ordinator to ensure hauliers are booked in for deliveries of products in accordance with daily booking limits and maintaining the site haulier database. Applicants must have good attention to detail, accurate computer skills (including use of Excel), a good telephone manner and a methodical approach. Previous experience in transport is not essential but a strong administration background is required which includes data input and organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly team during their busy period. 40 hours per week with some flexibility required on hours of work. £10.00p/h

Transport Co-Ordinator
Ipswich £25,000.00 to £26,000.00 p/a

Required for busy Ipswich based Company. Main duties will involve organising and booking hauliers, negotiating rates and chasing up deliveries. The successful applicant will also be operating the Weighbridge and completing all associated documentation. Previous experience within a transport office environment is essential. 40 hour week + 25 days holiday.

Transport Administrator
Needham Market £19000- £22000 p/a

Day to day duties will include updating daily plant and vehicle reports including the management of tachograph analysis, updating customers of any late deliveries, checking and taking full ownership of POD and invoice queries. Supporting both the traffic planner, weighbridge function and Operations Manager the role will focus on customer delivery and administrative accuracy. Previous experience within a similar role is highly desirable together with excellent systems/IT skills. Hours 8.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. own transport essential
