Needham Market c£19K

Accounts Administrator required for our client based in Needham Market. The role involves day to day inputting invoices using Sage, clearing invoices off the system, tying up with relevant documents, assisting other departments with filling out documents, answering the telephone and dealing with emails. Applicants must have accounts/administration experience, using Sage, excellent IT skills and good attention to detail. Hours 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Salary c£19K.

Sales Administrator
Stowmarket c£25K

Sales Administrator required for Engineering Operations company near Stowmarket. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the successful candidate will be supporting the sale department with all sales activities, order processing, customer liaison, working with the production team to ensure timely completion of sales orders and facilitating shipments. This will include dealing with customers to confirm orders, quoting for parts and following up, using pricing software to give advice and technical support and processing sales orders through system and communicating with customers on lead times and organising shipments. Ideal candidate will have experience within an engineering environment, ideally be educated to degree or BTEC level in Engineering or a technical subject or equivalent and have excellent numeracy & literacy skills and be confident on all IT packages including Excel and the ability to work independently. Hours 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Salary c£25K depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be cold calling prospective customers, building up relationships, discussing the services on offer, this will be field based so clean driving license is required. The successful candidate will be targeting retail, hospitality, construction, SME's and Industrial estates in the local area to build your sales pipeline with use of CRM system and provide quotations. The successful Field Sales Executive will be expected to maintain a high level of knowledge of the company's products and solutions and those of competitors. Ideal applicants must have previous experience in the generation of high volume sales within industrial services, recycling or waste management, utilities or similar door to door role. As well as having an analytical approach to developing solutions for customers, have a passion for sales and be a motivated self-starter with excellent presentation skills, commercial awareness and proven closing ability.
